WE MADE IT!!! First of all thank you so much for those of you who prayed. Let me tell you...it was evident. It was so good to get away for a while and it actually made me miss being a mom. William did great, so thank you so much for your prayers. As for the trip. It went well. It was no vacation by any means, but quite the experience. Initially we were supposed to be going to Browning, MT to disciple 400 saved teens and young adults. That didn't happen. We ended up staying in Heart Butte, MT where saved anyone was rare to find. We stayed on an indian reservation where many of the residents were set in their ways and beliefs. However, God still used us in many ways. We first did door to door to promote our activities for the week and were able to pray with those who let us. On only our third day there the reservation was being advised about the forest fires and possibly evacuation. Many thought...this is satan at attack, but it was soon revealed that it was God at work. We were able to do door to door again and prayed with several residents because they were terrified. We talked about finding peace in God and allowing him to provide and take care of everything. By the end of the week, the kids were able to whitness to 8 kids on the reservation. We took those 8 on a day of fun and focusing on God. Did we make a difference?? No. BUT, we planted several seeds. Please pray that our kids will be able to continue help that seed grow by staying in touch with those kids.
